THE BEARS DEN
Welcome to The Bears Den. We are Bill & Jeannie Kaye
Beaushaw, the proud owners of this deluxe cabin just minutes
from Pigeon Forge, TN. My wife and I have travelled
extensively throughout the U.S. and Europe. During numerous
trips across our great country, we have rented cabins on a
frequent basis. Invariably we would find some detail or amenity
that we thought could be improved upon, if we owned the
cabin. With that thought in mind, we purchased THE BEARS
DEN, to provide vacationers and those seeking that
stress-busting romantic interlude with a high quality travel
experience. Everything we have done with the cabin has been
to accomplish that goal.
The Bears Den is centrally located to all the wonderful
attractions in the Smoky Mountain area of Eastern
Tennessee. Below is a list of travel times to area
attractions:
Gatlinburg- 20 minutes
Pigeon Forge (Governors Crossing) 15 minutes
Dollywood and Splashworld -15 minutes
Great Smoky Mtn. Natl Park (Cades Cove entrance) 30
minutes (Sugarlands entrance) 25 minutes
There are numerous exciting white water rafting trips
within 45 minutes of the cabin.
The drive through Wears Valley to the Cades Cove
entrance to the park is a beautiful drive, with numerous
antique shops and stores selling authentic Smoky Mtn.

The Bears Den boasts a fully equipped,
modern kitchen. No possibility has been
overlooked, from frying pans to start the
day with a hearty breakfast to baking pans
for cakes and goodies. There is a blender
to help in meal preparation, as well making
your favorite mixed drink treat.
The Bears Den has it all....gleaming hardwood floors....cathedral ceilings, which give an
atmosphere of spaciousness, while a coziness pervades the cabin. Enjoy, cable TV, DVD
player, stereo, and playstation II.
A gas fireplace warms the cabin on those chilly fall
evenings as you snuggle with that special someone
on the sofa. Should you require an extra bed, the
sofa opens up into a queen-sized bed, which allows
The Bears Den to comfortably sleep four. The king
sized bed in the bedroom rests romantically beneath
stained glass interlocking hearts.
This two person jacuzzi in the bathroom is just
what is needed to make special memories of a
honeymoon, anniversary, or a romantic interlude
with someone special. Many cabins make that
promise, this one delivers. You will be more than
satisfied should you be interested in The Bears
Den as an accommodation for a family vacation.
Parents will find the features and construction of
our cabin offer much more privacy after the little
ones are tucked in, than in a hotel.
At the end of a day full of activities come "home" to relax in the soothing hot tub.
The screened deck provides a lovely tree top view of the valley outstretched
before you, and a feeling of seclusion as the stress melts away. Enjoy dinner on
the deck as the cool breeze further refreshes you.
By now, you are probably asking yourself, can i afford an accommodation, which offers, privacy,
seclusion, a convenient location, and all the other features this cabin has to offer. YES, you can,
and for less than you might expect. If our cabin was overpriced it would defeat the business
objectives of providing you with the best value for your hard earned money, and generating
revenue for us. We will always seek to make you as satisfied in every regard as possible.
2007 & 2008 RATES
All weekly rentals include cleaning fees
November - February - $100 a night, $675 weekly
March - May - $110 a night, $740 weekly
June - August $120 a night, $785 weekly
September - $110 a night, $740 weekly
October - $130 a night, $850 weekly
We will always offer a discount for stays of 3 nights or more.
The weekly price already reflects the seventh night free, and
no charge for cleaning or taxes
Holidays are excluded.
